 Physical Therapy provides work hardening/conditioning services for effective return to work programs, extensive post operative hands on therapy for recovery from sports injuries, personal injuries or auto accidents. 

Orthopedic rehabilitation is one of our specialties as well.  Physical Therapist, Jeff LePage, has over 14 years experience treating ALL orthopedic surgeries.  This includes, but is not limited to, knees, backs, feet, carpal tunnel, necks, elbows, ankles, wrists, shoulders, etc.

First Choice also takes much pride in serving pediatric patients.  We provide physical therapy to pediatrics with and without disabilities.  We make therapy fun and our goal is for the patient to look forward to coming to therapy. With this in mind, we work the children in a way they think they are playing so we both win--the therapist gets effective results and the patient improves and achieves goals!

Physical Therapy has proven effective in chronic pain patients as well.  A plan of care will be set up and carried out to help patients stretch and strengthen to reduce pain.  Home exercise programs are available to ALL patients.  While skilled physical therapy is very important it is also important to carry out your program on the days you do not attend physical therapy and after discharge from skilled therapy as well.

Modalities are a very important part of physical therapy.  Swedish Hot Packs, Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation, Phonophoresis, Iontophoresis, and  Cryotherapy are all services we offer.
