This cardio vascular rower uses water for resistance. The rower is very popular with our patients.

This is a NUSTEP. It is a seated stepper that gives a cardio workout. Allows back pain or arthritis suffers to get a stepper type work out.

This machine is a bicycle or an upper body cycle. It allows patients to ride it as a bicycle seated or stand and use their arms to pedal the bike. The resistance is water and makes the workout extremely smooth.

Bicycles are a great piece of exercise equipment. Many patients use these for a cardio workout. They are also used for knee rehabilitation range of motion.
